"LOWER" BODY- THIS IS A "NOVICE/BEGINNER" LEVEL. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO START SLOW AND GET BACK INTO SHAPE, OR YOU ARE RECOVERING, OR YOU ARE JUST INTERESTED IN BECOMING ACTIVE AND HEALTHY! THIS IS A GREAT LEVEL TO BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION, GAIN CONFIDENCE AND FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR BODY! CHECK OUT MY "BEGINNERS EDUCATION EBOOK" COMING DECEMBER 2016!
"SOME" BODY- THIS IS THE "COMPETENT" LEVEL. YOU ARE NEITHER BEGINNER OR EXPERT, BUT LOOKING TO BUILD ON YOUR FOUNDATION OR CHALLENGE YOURSELF MORE. TAKE YOUR GOALS TO THE CHECK OUT MY "COUPLE/PARTNER" CHALLENGE STARTING January 2019
"UPPER" BODY- THIS IS FOR THE MORE EXPERIENCED ATHLETE. YOU ARE REACHING FOR A MORE EXTREME GOAL SUCH AS MARATHON TRAINING OR CROSS-COUNTRY BIKE TRIP OR A FITNESS COMPETITION. YOU NEED A PLAN, BUT YOU DON'T NEED SOMEONE TO HOLD YOUR HAND.
